We offer Semi Personal Training sessions in small groups of up to five Members, in our boutique, private studio.. Semi PT sessions are 50mins in duration.
Workouts are personalised to each Member in the group, catering to individual needs, goals and level of ability.
Our Semi PT sessions are just like 1 on 1 Personal Training, only with the accountability, social support and dynamic energy of supportive group. Semi Personal Training offers a more affordable option.
Not to mention it's so much fun working out with a friendly group!

We offer a range of 30 and 45min sessions in small groups of up to 15, via the Zoom platform. We personalise workouts and offer alternatives to your available equipment, needs and level of ability. Sessions include: Total Strength, Afterburn, Tabata Body, Core+ & HIIT.
