Sentience PT was founded in 2008 by Snezana Pezzin, who brings two decades of experience to the table in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym instructor and motivational speaker.
She is a passionate educator, foodie and mum to her three boys, each who she loves more than the world, some might call Snez a supermum…but she’s a little modest and humble to agree.
In 2004, after a decade working as a secondary school teacher, personal training and mentoring adults in gyms, Snezana set up a comfy, airy workout studio in her own Melbourne home.
She wanted to share with her friends and community the techniques and wisdom that have kept her fit and full of energy through singlehood, marriage, three pregnancies and two full time careers.
Pretty quickly, there were more people signing up for her private sessions and boot camps than her home could fit, so she opened a new home, which is Sentience Personal Training.
Snezana has learned what she knows from her own journey evolution to ideal wellbeing through trial and error, listening and reading. Her philosophy is a melting pot of advice and life lessons from some of the most effective wellbeing experts and healers, her own Macedonian culture and upbringing, as well as her life soul searching for living in balance and harmony with our bodies, in connection with our instincts and our Earth.
Snez has evolved the Sentience Personal Training philosophy after years of training herself as well as through her work with thousands of clients of over 20 years in the fitness industry.
Sentience Personal Training is firmly grounded in education, community and tradition that believes in treating the body and the heart.
Snez's vision through Sentience Personal Training is to free people from the yo-yo dieting mentality and instead to embrace a culture that thirst's for knowledge of self care as well as healthy lifestyles.
When she is not working creatively to help others, Snez loves to cook for family, tend to her garden, volunteer her time as a Cub Scout leader and she loves a good yoga class.
