In the event I elect to cancel my services without a return date, I will complete a Change of Services Form and submit it in person or via email to info@sentiencept.com.au 2 weeks prior to my next scheduled payment. No refunds will be provided unless a minimum of two weeks’ notice is given. Unused Memberships paid in front can be transferred to a later date or to a transferee.
I understand there are no cancellation fees.
