You can book into ANY of our sessions, we will adapt them to you,  We offer a range of cardio, strength and mobility sessions. All sessions are delivered via Zoom.  Once booking your session, you will receive a Zoom link via email 30mins before the start of a session. Simply click and join!

How to Book In: Try TWO FREE sessions!!  Click on the session you wish to join.  Login with your Mindbody details (or create a new account, if you have never used Mindbody before. Select the "Two Free Virtual Trial Sessions" option.  Look out for the link via email, click on the link and enjoy!  We will be in contact to follow up after your first session.
