After the close of Sentience Personal Training studio on the 23rd March, 2020 due to the Coronavirus, owner and Personal Trainer Snezana Pezzin wanted to continue to serve her Members and the community, through the over 60's Strength for Life Program.  

On Wednesday 25th March, we were excited to launch our Virtual Strength for Life workouts!

Sentience Personal Training has been offering the over 60's Strength For Life (formerly Living Longer Living Stronger) program since 2008, working with hundreds of men and women over the age of 60.

The Strength for Life program is a progressive training program designed to improve strength, balance, coordination and endurance in people over the age of 60.

  • Book a Strength for Life session from the Timetable on our website, click HERE
  • check
    Once booked, you will receive an email 30mins before the start of the session with a Zoom link
  • Click on the Zoom link and you will enter the Strength for Life daily session!
  • Session times: Monday- Friday 11am - 11:30am
  • check
    Cost: $10 per week for 2 sessions per week  OR $15 per week for unlimited sessions (purchase a 4 week block when you book into the Strength for Life session on the timetable)

You can participate in the sessions from your Smart phone, iPad, tablet, lap top or PC.  You need access to internet


We can guide you through a workout regardless of whether you do or do not have exercise equipment. If you have dumbbells or resistance bands, we will incorporate them into your session, however they are not a necessity.

We do ask that you have:

  • a towel
  • a sturdy chair for support
  • a bottle of water
