I learned that weight loss doesn't have to be difficult. We tend to complicate things with calorie counting and weighing etc. when all you have to do is learn how to listen to your body. This workshop will teach you that. The second thing is that we don't have to kill ourselves with exercise straight away, just keep moving and take baby steps, and soon as you lose weight and your body gets used to moving - you will want to do more and enjoy it. Lastly, the graph showing an average weight loss journey with its ups and downs showed me that it is ok to fall, its the way you get back up that counts! A great workshop!
