Q. Who & What is Sentience Personal Training?
A. Sentience Personal Training is a personal training studio, located within Rivers of Yarrambat that offer personal training workouts in small groups of Semi Personal Training sessions.

We offer functional, resistance based workouts with high intensity cardio bursts thrown in.  Our sessions are 60mins in duration.

We are not a drop in gym, but have over 120 time slots per week to choose from! We start from 5.30am and go through to 9:30pm, most days as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings.  You can check out our timetable here... sentiencept.com.au/what-we-do/timetable/ or download our free App- Sentience Personal Training from the Google Play or App Store.

We focus on fitness as well as educating Members on healthy lifestyle habits and nutrition. You will discover the complete formula to get lean and stay that way as well as live a healthier lifestyle.

You are going to be pushed and work hard, but always at your pace and within your boundaries. 

Q. What if I haven't exercised before or in a looong time?

A. The training sessions are designed to cater for all levels of fitness and ability from beginners to advanced. You can always work at your own pace.  Each training session is personalised to each Member, our sessions are not group training or circuits. Your body, your goals, your personalised workout.

Q. When are the session times?

The 4 Week Mighty Men Challenge gives you access to our entire timetable of scheduled Semi Personal Training sessions! 

There are many times available to fit in with your busy schedule.

Q. What are the costs if I wanted to continue?

A. We have 3 membership options to choose from that range from 2 per week, 3 per week or unlimited starting from $62 per week.

Our Memberships have no joining fees, cancellation fees or lock in periods.  We will show you all of our membership options in your Orientation Session.

We are located within Rivers of Yarrambat, the cafe, garden and events centre.

28 Kurrak Road, Yarrambat

Simply turn into the Rivers of Yarrambat car park, head down the left hand side, follow the parking on the left and you will see Sentience Personal Training towards the back of the facility. See you there!
