Group Fitness sessions include strength, cardio bursts and core, giving you a full-body workout that will tone your body and boost your metabolism. The workouts will challenge you within your limits, leaving you feeling exhilarated once you complete them.
Total Strength: Total Strength is a 50-minute session that engages your muscles through functional strengthening and targeted total-body exercises, suitable for any level of ability or experience. Total Strength sessions will include a warm up, mobility and set stations of strengthening exercises to tone your body. Multi-movement exercises will get your heart rate up and burn loads of calories. Work at your pace, with weights that are right for you.
Afterburn: Afterburn is a 50-minute session that focuses on all fitness elements: total body strengthening, cardio conditioning, core and mobility. The full-body strength and cardio combo will increase your metabolism to burn lots of calories in each session.
Afterburn sessions integrate bursts of cardio amongst the strengthening exercises, which will give you a good sweat and calorie burn. These sessions do involve more cardio exercises. You can still do these sessions if you prefer not to run. There are lots of ways to get the heart rate up without running. Work at your pace to suit your current fitness level, whether it be a beginner or advanced.

I have been a member of gyms in the past, this would have to be by far the best program I have seen. The trainers are excellent. They give you very doable exercises and show you step by step how to perform each one, They are always watching to help, encourage and correct.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the sessions I am attending. It was hard at the start, but session by session I feel the increase in my body strength and am able to achieve much more both within my training sessions and outside. The aches and pains I was feeling are now no longer. If you are struggling with losing your weight and feel your body strength failing you I would highly recommend taking this step. I definitely feel much better for it. Do this for you!

The first step is the hardest. But once you pick up that phone and talk to Snez, things will begin to change for you! I have lost 4.5 kg and my clothes are fitting much better, in fact some are too loose! I am eating healthier and not needing or looking for "comfort" food. The trainers at Sentience are the absolute BEST you will find anywhere!!!!!!
