Who is it NOT for?

It is not for you if you are:
  • Have specific injuries or concerns that need one on one attention
  • Looking for a quick fix
  • Wanting to learn calorie counting or a specific diet style
  • looking to do body building or body sculpting

  • The 21 Day Kickstart is an intro offer and only available to new and returning Members to Sentience Personal Training. Existing Members can request to be enrolled into the program complimentarily. 
  • The 21 Day Kickstart is valid for 21 consecutive days, as of the start date advertised above. 21 Day Kickstarts cannot be placed on hold or extended, unless a member needs to self isolate due to COVID-19.
  • The 21 Day Kickstart is valued at $407 and is calculated based on 3 weeks of 3 x in-studio Semi PT sessions ($94 per week in-studio), 2 x $40 Inbody Scans, Orientation Consultation ($45) and Re-assessment ($45).​
