It is time now to recapture what and who you have always meant to be. Enough is enough. Enough of telling us what we should eat and then filling isle upon isle’s of nutrient devoid foods. Enough of telling women what we should look like and how we should feel. Enough of making us think we need to measure and weigh our foods. We have been given mis-information, and lead to believe that our own instincts are not valuable. Enough is enough. Our bodies know what we should eat, how much we should eat and we also have a natural desire to move and be active. Now is the time to return back to this knowing and start paying attention to how you feel and what your body is communicating to you.
