4 x 150g deep sea fish fillets
150g bok choy, sliced
150g snow peas, sliced thinly lengthways
1 tablespoon sesame oil1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to hot. Place fish on separate pieces of foil. Top fish with equal amounts of bok choy, snow peas and drizzle with combined sauce. Enclose fish stacks in foil, place on tray and cook for 15min or until fish is cooked through. Five minutes before fish is ready, cook noodles according to packet instructions. Once cooked, mix through 1 tablespoon of sesame oil (optional) into the noodles. Top noodles with cooked fish and serve with side salad.
