Our Team Training classes are called 'Max8' sessions. They combine resistance training and high intensity cardio to burn the fat and sculpt your body. Max 8 sessions offer the ultimate fat loss and fitness work outs in a communal setting with the personal touch of a small group of no more than 8 people. Train with the support of qualified PT's  alongside of friendly  members who bring energy, motivation and team spirit in the Max8 sessions.

With 3 Types of classes to choose from: Max8 Burn, Max8 Strength and Max8 HITT give you variety and full body workouts that can be catered to all levels of fitness, age and ability.

Max8 Burn

These 45 minute sessions will get your heart rate ready to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour. And you’ll be burning fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete. Prepare to do some circuit training, working with kettle bells and ropes to build strength and muscle resistance. The sessions end with quick cardio boosts to give you the ultimate calorie burn after your workout. With a challenging, full-body program, you’ll make progress at your pace and have fun all while achieving your health and fitness goals.

Max8 HIIT

Max8 HIIT are 30 minute express metabolic conditioning (cardio) workouts incorporating high intensity interval training. These sessions use a variety of training methods and low-impact cardio exercise including bikes, rowers, body weight exercises, boxing and short runs. HIIT is a unique workout to take your cardiovascular fitness and conditioning to a new level and switch on the fat burning.

Max8 HIIT classes are the perfect cardio complement to any resistance training regimen.

Max8 Strength

Want to get stronger, while getting slimmer and gaining more energy? Max 8 Strength is designed to increase strength without the bulk — this isn’t muscle mania but you’ll notice new curves and feel lighter.

Max8 combines old-school cardio tools with resistance methods to get you on a fitness path to a trimmer, more toned body.


I was not able to do housework easily, or go for a good walk . My clothes were too tight . Our daughters wedding was coming up and I thought i am not going to enjoy the time. I'll be too tired , look horrible in photos and have regrets if I didn't make some changes. I knew i would get the support and encouragement i needed at sentience. Not just about loosing weight but about being the best me. Healthy.

I have learnt how to eat healthy, good portions at each meal. How to shop and plan for those meals. Also exercise regularly.

I have made this a lifestyle not just a short term thing. I am stronger and fitter. I enjoy my food choices . More variety to choose from. Plus I can fit into the smaller clothes in the wardrobe.
