1 on 1 Personal Training

This is our core package that we want you to treat like a new friendship.

If you’re looking for support and accountability, this is the place to start.

Through our 1 on 1 Personal Training, we will get you on a training paththat suits your fitness level now. We’ll get to know what works for you and talk through issues that are holding you back. Maybe you want to lose the pregnancy weight. Maybe you’re going for a triathlon. Are you injured or new to fitness? It’s all perfect and none of it is new to us.

Here's how it works:

  • First, meet with one of our certified trainers and benefit from in-depth instruction to focus on your specific goals. You don’t need to be working towards Miss Universe.
  • Once we have a program, we provide you education and coaching about your workouts, meal plans and lifestyle habits – all of the components for building a strong, toned body and fit and healthy lifestyle.
  • Come in for 30 and 60 minute sessions, each one tailored to your ultimate goals… and to your moods. If something’s not working, we’ll adjust it.
  • You will be guided through every private session and we’re here in between times for questions.
  • Meet for fortnightly accountability weigh-ins and coaching. It might seem easy to get off track. With us, it’s easy to stay on track.
