Group Training


Each of our Group Training classes are designed with training principles to allow for maximum fat burning and body toning. Group Training classes are forever changing, giving you new challenges to keep you motivated. See our timetable for session times.

Boxing Combo:  This energetic class takes it’s foundations from boxing, and adds kickboxing moves as well as boot camp strengthening exercises.   A mix of indoor and outdoor training, this addictive class will challenge and inspire you on all levels.

X-Training: This high energy class is the ultimate in fat burning.  Our  X-Training class combines resistance training, boxing, interval training and tummy, hips & thigh strengthening all in one dynamic session.  The perfect training combination to burn fat and increase your metabolism all while having loads of fun!

Total Strength:  Predominantly a strength and resistance training based circuit, Total Strength strengthens and tones all the major muscle groups. Through the combination of body weight and free weight exercises interspersed with cardio, you get the best body toning circuit that will flatten the tummy and tone arms, butt and legs.
