So we’re here for you, putting the 'Personal' back in Personal Training.

The word ‘sentience’ means to have awareness, which is at the core of the Sentience PT Way of life. Training at Sentience Personal Training is about reconnecting with yourself again. It’s about learning to listen to you and your body, which is the gentlest and quickest way to becoming not just fit and happy but full of beans and maybe even infectiously smiley. (Which is, incidentally, the path to having your nicest, head-turning body.)

We teach our children to be sensible and free, to eat carrots rather than lollies, to run in the park and ride up and down the street just for fun. So often, we forget to stick to this ourselves…for weeks and then years. We get comfortable but lethargic, love the couch more than the garden and one day somehow wake up feeling…. not hot. Not confident.

Sentience Personal Training is a haven for self knowledge and high energy, full body workouts under the guidance of compassionate Personal Trainers and in the company of supportive members. It’s your second home, a place where you will feel comfortable to get started to make the changes to achieve your best life.

Rivers of Yarrambat

We love our (your) sweet little studio, which has the perfect identity crisis: we’re sunny and private like a yoga studio, airy like an outdoor exercise park and we always have good tunes playing to get you motivated and moving. Don’t drag yourself to the gym; take “me”time in the beautiful surrounds of your Personal Training Studio, your second home.

Our home is located within Rivers of Yarrambat, a gorgeous natural area where a community of health practitioners have created a sort of wellbeing resort: osteopaths, myotherapists, naturopath, psychologists are our neighbors and we all believe in the same thing: a peaceful, active you. So, post work out in our state of the art studio, we’ll suggest you enjoy the outdoor gardens, maybe have a massage at the Rivers Day Spa… and then the best turmeric latte next door at Rivers Cafe, which you will have worked hard for.

Our studio amenities include

  • We’re heated in winter and chilled with air conditioning in summer for workouts year around
  • Spacious and tiled shower, toilet and change rooms
  • Pigeon holes for small belongings and larger lockable lockers
  • Lots of onsite parking, which is well lit for your evening sessions
  • Chilled and filtered water fountain 
  • Fresh fruit available to snack on if you are running in and out, in a busy day

About Snezana Pezzin

Sentience Personal Training was founded in 2008 by Snezana Pezzin, who brings over 2 decades of experience to the table in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, gym instructor and motivational speaker.


I feel that the challenge has empowered my with the proper tools and understanding of what, when and why to eat certain things at certain times. It has really made me feel good about myself.
